New condo buildings are in something of an amenities arms race, with each new high-end development seemingly looking to outdo the last, and developers giving the task all the more urgency if their buildings are somewhat far from the nearest subway. Earlier this week, we looked at the advanced sports facilities that have entered the mix, including indoor basketball courts, soccer fields, and even a skateboard halfpipe. An old standby that still seems plenty enticing to us is the pool, all the more so if it’s big enough to swim laps in.
For this week’s Crib Sheet, we’re highlighting five apartments for sale in condo buildings with big pools, all of which are having open houses in the next week.
