Chinese developer Country Garden Holdings Co. said it has hired advisers amid a worsening debt crisis that’s shaken the nation’s financial markets.
The builder has engaged China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Ltd. and Houlihan Lokey (China) Ltd. as its joint financial advisers, and Sidley Austin as its legal adviser, “to evaluate the capital structure and liquidity of the Group and formulate a holistic solution,” it said in a filing Tuesday.
